It’s quick and easy to apply for a credit account with us, just as it is to place an order. On the off chance that you need some help, this guideline might be useful to you.
Applying for a Credit Account
If you wish to apply for a credit account, that’s great! Simply fill out all of the boxes and don’t forget to read and agree to the T’s and C’s.
If you are having difficulties applying
If you see the following screen: with the text “You are already registered”, please register with a different email address or delete your standard account and reapply for the credit account.
If you wish to delete your account, you can click here. This will take you to the following screen. To delete the account simply type in your password.
Placing an order with your Credit Account
To pay for an order with your credit account simply check the box for “credit account”. Your current amount of available credit with us will also be shown:
You can also check your amount of available credit at your “Account Page“.
Click on “My Wallet” to access your Credit Account.
Paying for a transaction via your Credit Account
You can do this online within “My Wallet” (see above).
Click “Wallet topup” where you can pay for your transactions.
Type in the amount you intend to pay and click “Add”. You will be redirected to the checkout page:
You can pay either with credit/debit card or PayPal. Alternatively you can send a BACS transfer to :
